Subconscious
In her mind, she was always subconsciously aware of what all the events happening around in Namimori were about. How could she not? She had been in on the secret since the very beginning when she pledged her eternal and unwavering love to Tsuna. What she didn't take into account was how she could so easily dismiss everything happening to be categorized as 'normal'. She was always easily distracted, very open-minded and yet she was also prone to jumping to the wrong conclusions. All in all, it was just too easy for her to just unconsciously brush aside bizarre happenings.
