You Are My Bonfire

You are my Bonfire
But you call me a liar.
Still, I offer you humanity
Because you saved me from insanity.
You were there to make me stronger
When I couldn't take it any longer
The warmth you give
So that I may live
Is what keeps me fighting
Increasing my reflexes like lightning
To bring humanity for you to kindle
For this dark sign is my symbol
It drains my souls
For my sins to absolve.
The flames in you grow brighter
Which makes my load lighter,
As you are my desire
You are my bonfire

Just a little poem I Wrote a while back. Thinking of Writing a series of Dark Souls 1 about the chosen undead's journey from the asylum all the way to fighting Gwyn.
