Mulder stood up and lied down next to Scully. Then she put her arms around him and he around her. The lied there for a few seconds and then Mulder said, "Maybe there's hope." Scully looked directly in his eyes. "I hope so.", she answered after one minute and smiled. "Oh god...I have missed you and William so much.", Mulder said. "I miss him, too."; scully said and began to weep, "I would do everything to get him back....I'm sorry." "No, no Dana. You have nothing to be sorry for, you just had no choice."; mulder said and wiped her tears out. "Thank you.", Scully whispered. Then they lied there for twenty minutes without doing anything, just looked in each other faces. "Uhm...Dana? There's something else I should have told you a long time ago.", he said and sit up in the bed. "Yeah...me too.", she answered and did the same. "Dana...I love you." "I love you too. Fox.", she said and smiled. Then they kissed and hugged each other. Mulder looked to the window and saw the sun came up in east, "A new day." "Yes and maybe a new chance." "Maybe.", mulder said and kissed her again. Then they sat there the whole morning in each other arms and were hoping to get a new chance for themselves, for William and for the mankind.
