The country walked around happily around the streets of Firenze, while humming to himself happily, the lyrics of a song that was engraved to his memory since when he was a child left his lips. He passed by the several expensive shops and the cathedral of the city stood tall above him. Beautiful ladies right and left, he would approach them with a smile and they would say.

"La Italia e bella."

"Si, ma tue e piu bella." They would giggle and he would wave at them with the smile on his face remaining. Then he would wander to the street that was paved with gold and stare at the river that was crossing the city. Several paintings of the beautiful city would adorn the streets made by artists that he would never meet.

He went to Roma and travelled across the streets of trastevere, the night had come and the fun had just began. People sat at the restaurants laughing happily, while eating their favourite meal. Pasta, pizza or even calzone. Musicians would start playing their music and women would stand up to dance to the rhythm.

"Vee~ That seems fun~" The auburn haired man would state and stand up as well, the sauce from the Napolitan still on his face but he wouldn't mind after all, the ladies wouldn't look at that. He would take a rose and give to his partner before smiling at her gently.

"Shall we dance?" And they would dance all night until he would forget all of his troubles, all of the suffering of his people, who were becoming more and more desperate every day, as they lost their jobs and their economy crumbled down. This may be the last dance he would do. Sadness filled his gentle eyes for a moment before he kissed her hand and pulled away.

"Grazie multi." With that he would turn around and wander once more to the streets of Rome, to the streets of Pisa, to the streets of Siena, to the streets of Padova, to the streets of Milano, to the streets of Venezia until he would see everything that his people were going through. Then he would sing again.

"Buongiorno Dio

lo sai che ci sono anch'io."

Good Morning God

I know you know I am here.
