"You are heroes!" ~Lady_Ianite
Heroes, they were called. The heroes of Mianite. But what really makes a hero?
One was the disciple of good, loyal to his god since the beginning. He remained ever so loyal when he kept getting #Rekt during the devil's siege. It seemed like his god abandoned him when he needed him the most, but he never gave up faith despite how many times he scream and yell at the sky. Or at his ruined base. His god awarded his patience.
One was also the follower of light, standing beside her boyfriend when their homes were under siege. She was as loyal as her companion and kept the boys in check and made sure they didn't destroy each other too much. The two followers of light strengthened their relationship throughout the war, a feat that that not many can accomplish.
One was the complete opposite of the spectrum, the disciple of evil, the friend-turned-sworn enemy. He was also loyal to his god despite the number of times he failed the one who gave him power. He was a sly as a fox, but always had something to laugh about. In the end, he surprised everyone by turning against his Master, being the one to end the Lord of the Nether.
One was the peacemaker, representing the goddess of balance. He continued to worship his goddess despite the countless times she failed to make herself known to the others. He was the one who stood between the good and the evil, trying to find a solution besides violence. He remained faithful when he goddess was finally healed of her injuries.
One was a rough but gentle pirate, loyal and true to the goddess of balance. He was very protective of his younger sister and did his best to protect her from the devil's wrath. When a former slave of the Lord of the Nether kidnapped his sister, the pirate vowed the captor would never see the next sunrise. In the end, he was the one who had to kill his own sibling in order to save her from her deadly trauma. In his grief, he stayed in the End, watching over the grave of the one he failed to protect.
One was another pirate and as wild and free as the sea. She owned her own ship and sailed the seven oceans with her brother. When she and her brother landed in the land of Mianite, she unknowingly fell in love with a certain other captain before she was taken away by a devil. Her friends and lover did their best to save her, but she couldn't survive the trauma and was killed by her own brother. She paid the ultimate price for her goddess.
There were a few others, called the wizards, who were cursed with magical powers. The used their powers for mostly good, creating magnificent builds and structures for others. Though devious at times, they help the adventurers with their quests and aided them in freeing the goddess of balance.
These are the victors, the adventurers who settled the realm of Mianite and sculpted from said land their stories of friendship, love, tragedy and loss. They've been betrayed and lied to by ones they've considered a friend, they fell in love and lost the one they cared most about, and they faced countless trials that tested their companionship and loyalty to both their god and each other. Despite the numerous amount of challenges and obstacles they encountered, including being on different sides of the war, the heroes banded together by their friendship; good, evil and neutral working together to achieve a common goal.
The disciples and champions of Mianite, Dianite and Ianite: ii_jericho_ii, OMGitsfirefoxx, SynHD and CaptainSparklez.
They are friends. They are champions. They are victors. They are heroes.
May their other adventures be as prosperous as the first.
