A/N – You've all probably heard that 24 was originally meant to be about 24 hours of a wedding day. This fanfiction takes that idea and makes a story around it. The major characters from Season One will all be involved, but there will be no CTU, no Serbian terrorists, no moles and no Presidential campaigns. The following takes place on the first Tuesday in March, 2002.

The Characters -

Jonathan "Jack" Philip Bauer – 35 years old, father of Kimberley Bauer. An English teacher at Santa Monica High School. Has been engaged to Teresa for some time now. Known to all as Jack.

Teresa "Teri" Louise Myers – 34 years old, mother of Kimberley Bauer. A graphic designer who has had her work displayed all over the world. The couple have been together since they were 18, and have finally decided to tie the knot. Known to all as Teri.

Kimberley "Kim" Bauer – 16 years old, daughter of Jack and Teri. A typical Southern Californian teenage girl. Known to all as Kim.

Philip Bauer – 59 years old, father of Jack and Graem. Very rich, and owns his own company.

Graem Bauer – 39 years old, son of Philip and brother of Jack. Works for his father's company.

Marilyn Bauer – 37 years old, wife of Graem. Works as a secretary at her father-in-law's company.

Josh Bauer – 7 years old, son of Graem and Marilyn.

Nina Myers – 28 years old, sister of Teri. A German teacher at Santa Monica High School. Has a crush on Jack, which is sometimes very badly hidden.

Anthony "Tony" Almeida – 30 years old, boyfriend of Nina. Coaches the Santa Monica High boy's baseball team. Originally from Chicago, his career with the Chicago Cubs was cut short after suffering a serious knee injury. His only souvenir of that time is a Cubs mug he was given by a friend before he left Chicago. Known to all as Tony.

Jamey Farrell – 26 years old, works for Microsoft. Knows Nina from her high school days.

Milo Pressman – 24 years old, also works for Microsoft, where he has a fierce but friendly rivalry with Jamey. The mutual attraction between them is denied by both, each preferring the almost sibling-like rivalry they enjoy.

David Palmer – 44 years old. A very rich businessman, who is a big investor in BXJ Technologies.

Sherry Palmer – 40 years old. Married to David.

Keith Palmer – 20 years old, son of David and Sherry.

Nicole Palmer – 18 years old, daughter of David and Sherry.

Janet York – 17 years old. Kim's best friend from high school.

George Mason – 45 years old, Assistant Principal of Santa Monica High School and the boss of Jack, Nina and Tony.

Ryan Chappelle – 42 years old, Principal of Santa Monica High School and the boss of Jack, Nina, Tony and George.

Alberta Green – 33 years old, substitute English teacher at SMHS whilst Jack is off.

Richard Walsh – 58 years old, taught Jack at college when he was training to become a teacher. At one point literally saved Jack's life.

The following takes place between midnight and midnight. Events occur in real time.
