Dear readers,

I have returned, and I am now bringing to you something the likes of which has never been seen from me: POETRY! Can you believe it? I recently saw the movie King Arthur, and it was a BRILLIANT film. Unfortunately my favourite character gets killed, and that's who this ballad is about.

Here it is:

B THE BALLAD OF SIR DAGONET /B

B Sung to the tune of the Ballad of Blackadder /B

I by Adarthang Lomedur /I

Beware, all enemies of Rome,

Among us rides a powerful knight.

Be you a Saxon or a Woad,

When you see this man you should take flight.

Dagonet, Dagonet,

He rides a pitch-black steed,

Dagonet, Dagonet,

He's very great indeed!

His axe can cut down walls of stone,

His axe can chop through two-foot-thick ice.

His sword has felled many a foe,

His sword is large and serves Saxons right.

Dagonet, Dagonet,

Of Lucan he took care,

Dagonet, Dagonet,

He almost has no hair!

The Saxons did not crack the lake,

So Dagonet went out to do it.

The sheet of ice he smashed to flakes,

But afterwards he popped it.

Dagonet, Dagonet,

He smashed the ice apart,

Dagonet, Dagonet,

They shot him through the heart.

Dagonet, Dagonet,

Such a heroic guy,

Dagonet, Dagonet,

Did not deserve to die!
