Summary: this is kinda like Fairy Tail the concept is similar but they characters are different and the story is kinda different
There was a girl named Alexa she had this special power she was able to shout. Shouting is when you know these words like Fire, lighting, ice everybody knows those words but she's able to use those words to cause destruction. She says fire she inhales fire and then blows it out lighting the same thing and so on (if you still dont understand look up skyrim shouting on google)
