Looking for an Edward and Bella story I cant remember the name of it.
Bella is a photographer who after meeting Edward in forks finds out Charlie had a heart attack and runs away to Italy, she finds out later she is pregnant with twin boys but doesn't tell Edward until she moves back to Forks after Renee is diagnosed with cancer and is dying.
Please help me find this story.
