Summary: Regina knows something is wrong. But no one else suspects.
Wrote this and then realized they're in a bubble universe. Pretend they're not.
I will be writing a second chapter with Emma if the plot bunny lets me. That might be more pliable.
She knew there was something wrong. Something just didn't feel right.
It wasn't the curse, but something else entirely.
None of the other townspeople noticed, they just went about their daily life, continuing to be isolated.
They didn't consider that something had happened, that although she had transported them all to this strange place and became the town that time seemed to forget...she stared at the paper.
The Prime Minister. Here, in this little isolated town, and the state nearby, no one cared about the world.
But there was something strange going on. She hired Marco - because he was good with tools in general to hook up a television and antenna - it never came in well, just strange broadcasts that this Prime Minister was in charge of this world.
For awhile she was worried they would be discovered, she kept a tight curfew, she made sure that Graham put anyone who violated it in the tank for at least a week.
But he never came. After that she thought she would like to meet him. Challenge his intellect. But it never happened.
Then it was all over. She hired Mr. Gold to bring her a child of her own - she knew there was something she was missing, something was being overlooked.
Something she had to be forgetting. Ten years later when the clock started again - she still felt the same way.
