Our Love Will Never End

The mailman banged on the door of the castle. Zelda opened it with squinty eyes. "Sir, it's three o'clock in the morning, I'm trying to sleep."

"I have a package for Princess Zelda." "That's me, who would send a package in the middle of the night." The man looked down at the note.

"It says Link." "Link, really? What's it say?!" " Miss, I only deliver packages or letters." Zelda took the package and closed the door. It was a note from Link.

It read:

Dearest Zelda,

The war has been tough and all I can think about is you. Today is the anniversary of when we first met. I wrote you a poem to show my feelings.

My life use to be like an abandoned candle, it was never lit

I never felt the to do things, I would never commit

There was just this emptiness deep inside of me

I felt like a blind mind, who could never see

Then I saw your pretty face and it lighted my day

You took me in and cheered me up like I was a stray

We became so close that it was very hard to depart

But no matter what happens, you'll always be in my heart

I miss you dearly,
