Author's Note: This is my first time uploading a story to this site so I really hope you all enjoy my literature. This is a short one-shot and I didn't exactly think this fanfic through. Believe it or not, it's actually a dream I had. Hope you all enjoy it.
Unexpected Distraction
It was a dark room made entirely of steel. It served as the Mishima Zaibatsu's Tekken Force training center. Jin would usually train with all his soldiers in there. The boss and his soldiers always acted as one whenever their training sessions began; always practicing to properly help their allies if they've fallen. Jin would defend his soldiers and his soldiers would defend him. However…this day in the steel training room wasn't like the others. They were going to fight against each other not with each other.
Jin stood there preparing himself for battle. The evil inside him was ready to be unleashed. Heihachi was called upon to assist Jin in his fight against the rebellious Zaibatsu employees. All the men were armed with guns while Jin only needed his fists. The traitors were waiting for Jin in a separate room. They were expecting him and him alone. Grandfather and grandson seemed to have been seeing eye to eye lately so fighting together was like bonding time for them. Jin asked Heihachi to help him out mainly because, let's be honest, the old man got serious strength; plus it was probably the only time they would ever get along. Jin relaxed his body and felt the power running through his muscles. It was like electricity. Jin was concentrating on his dark energy when Heihachi suddenly disappeared. Jin was too focused to even notice his absence. Jin's body started glistening with lightning, symbolizing that evil was taking over and mercy would not be shown. Heihachi sensed that Jin's brutality was going to be released soon and he was going to try and stop it.
A minute later Heihachi returned…with someone behind him. Jin didn't notice until the person was standing right next to him. It was Xiaoyu. Jin was a little shocked as the battle concerned no one else but himself…so why was Xiaoyu here? Heihachi knew that with Xiaoyu present Jin would not behave as violent as he normally would. In fact he knew Jin would probably refuse to fight in order to stay beside her and keep her safe. Heihachi smirked at him then rushed off into the next room where the battle awaited. Jin wanted to do the same but he couldn't leave Xiaoyu as their surroundings were extremely dangerous and she could get hurt. Anyone could enter the room and attack them. Bodies being slammed against the walls followed by endless gunshots echoed throughout the place. The thought of a single bullet passing through Xiaoyu's body made Jin stay closer to her so he could protect her. He knew she was a skilled fighter but he still feared for her safety. Better safe than sorry.
Heihachi wanted to regain his Zaibatsu by battling the traitors then joining forces with them to take down Jin Kazama. Xiaoyu served as a good distraction for Jin though she was completely unaware of it. Jin was uneasy. He desperately wanted to run into the next room and knock everyone unconscious but he constantly glanced back at Xiaoyu, whose pleasant smile stopped him from leaving.
Author's Note: So this was my dream. Everything I described is exactly what happened within my sleeping mind. I'm a huge fan of Xiaoyin so I guess I ended up dreaming a tiny hint of it in this story. One last thing, the night before I dreamt this I was reading a sample of that TEKKEN fan fiction novel, 'TEKKEN: The Dark History of Mishima'. I guess my mind ate everything and spat out this dream as the finished product. Hope you all enjoyed it!
