"Let's play two truths one lie!" Leo exclaimed.

The seven plus, Grover, Reyna, Thalia and Rachel were at my apartment for a get together since we were all off from either college, quests, our praetor duties in Frank and Reyna's case or off from the hunters in Thalia's case.

I groaned, but nonetheless said," Sure. Why not?"

"Hey everyone! We're playing a game, c'mon!" Leo yelled into the kitchen where everyone was raiding the snacks.

They slowly came in, reluctant to play something Leo all sat somewhere in the living room: Annabeth next to me; Thalia and Grover sitting next to me; Piper and Jason on the armchair, all the rest sprawled on the carpet.

"Who wants to go first?" Leo asked.

"Me I guess," Rachel said.

"Umm, well I've kissed Percy before, I don't like pringles and painting is my life… besides being the Oracle of course."

"Easy!" Leo yelled.

"The lie has to be kissing Percy, otherwise I'm pretty sure Annabeth would've killed you by now," he said.

I felt myself turning red as Rachel looked at me, question in her eyes. I nodded slightly and then turned away.

I looked at Annabeth, who surprisingly had no expression on her beautiful face.

"Rachel? Percy? That is the lie, right?" Jason asked.

"Actually Jason… the lie was me not liking Pringles," Rachel said.

Almost everyone except for Annabeth, Grover and I gasped.

"Annabeth hasn't threatened to kill you yet?" Reyna said surprised.

"Percy! When did this happen?" Will said, unexpectedly surprised.

Annabeth stepped in to explain, "We weren't dating yet. And I did threaten to kill her actually. Isn't that right Rachel?"

Rachel grinned, but looked a little uncomfortable. In fact, I probably looked the same.

"Can someone else go now?" I asked, maybe a little too enthusiastic.

"I guess I'll go now," Jason said, "I just have to say two true things and one lie, and you guys guess which one is a lie, right?"

I nodded since he was looking in my general direction.

"Hmmm. I would turn down immortality if offered,I had never been on a date before Piper into my life and… people have shipped me with a brick."

"The lie is about the date," I spoke up.

Jason rubbed the back of his neck, "I'm actually not sure. If I didn't have you guys as friends I would probably go for immortality."

"He'd be nothing like you then," Grover muttered to me.

I snickered quietly, but Reyna heard.

"What's that Grover?"

Grover bleated as everyone suddenly stared at him.

"Erm, I said he'd be nothing like Percy then."

"What do you mean?" Piper asked.

"Yeah, Percy. What is he talking about?" Hazel said.

I looked up, the down. Then at Annabeth.

She whispered in my ear, "You should tell them. After all, it's one of the things I love about you the most."

I took a deep breath and said, "I turned down immortality… the chance to be a god."

Almost everyone gasped and stared at me.

"Percy?! You did what?"

A/N- It's short! I know. This is the first story in my cliche series and I've always wanted to try to write this :P

How'd I do? Next chapter should be up this weekend! Byeee.
