"I know I saw someone out here!" Bella exclaimed.
"Quiet down, I never said you didn't. All I said was that maybe it was just an animal or something falling." Her husband Edward whispered back to her. Bella and Edward had been searching the woods since dusk because the night before, because Bella had seen some thing or someone prowling the woods just outside the Cullen's house. She had felt uncomfortable and told everyone what she had witnessed. Only Edward decided to look with her.
"Humph! Be that way." Bella retorted.
"What way? But really Bella, be reasonable, we've been searching for hours and haven't seen anyone except some campers. Maybe it was them you saw! Come on, let's go home." Edward beckoned to Bella and started back to their house. Bella stared into the forest, "I know someone's out there, and nobody believes me. I don't care what they say; I'm going to find what I'm looking for, no matter how long it takes! If you can hear me out there, you had better get ready because Bella Cullen is coming for you!" She turned and stalked down the path after Edward. A pair of blood red eyes watched her walk away "Oh don't worry, I'm very ready."
