Sam sqeeled liked a little girl when Kurt slammed his locker shut.

"Dude! Don't' do that!"

Kurt put up a warning finger. "Oh no no no," Kurt tsked at him. "Don't even think about duding me."

"Huh?" Sam seemed confused. The last time he checked him and Kurt were on good terms. "Kurt, what are you even doing here?"

"You're not the one asking questions."

"I'm sorry, but I don't recall you throwing one."

"You always did have that innocent boy routine down to an art." Kurt said coolly. "Don't think for one second Sam Evans that you've got me fooled because I knew it all along."

"What?!"

"The bowtie hello!" Kurt snapped, eyeing the ungodly thing that was currently around Sam's neck.

"You do understand that is one of his weaknesses right?" Kurt went on. He sighed over dramatically. "I know you two have been spending a lot of time together which I think sweet. It really is."

"Is this going somewhere?" questioned Sam. "I do have class."

Sam went to leave but Kurt grabbed him by the arm. He was all up in his face. In which point, Sam actually wanted to push him off. It was odd because the last person he'd ever thought of hurting was Kurt. Hell, he helped the rest of the Glee guys go all Black Hawk Down on Karofsky's ass.

What the Hell was going on with him?

"You can get friendly with Blaine all you want. You have my permission-"

"Funny, I didn't ask." Sam said.

Seriously, Sam mentally kicked himself because he was making sound as though him and Blaine were more than just friends. That was all they are. He just wore the bowtie because Blaine liked them. They made him smile.

Oh crap…

"Whatever," hissed Kurt. "The point of all this is, if you break his heart…"

"Whoa, whoa!" Sam brought up his arms. "We're friends. That's all. Bros helping bros."

"Cut the Frat talk." Kurt warned due to the fact that was one of his turn ons. "This goes beyond the whole the sun dies my hair bullshit." Kurt mocked him, pulling his best Sam Evans. "As I was saying, you break his heart and I break your face. Clear?"

"I won't break his heart. Not like you."

And double crap.

It was here that Sam realized that he loved Blaine Anderson only because Kurt was the one confronting him about it.

"How did you even…?" Sam asked, breaking the tension just a bit.

"You're honestly asking me that question?" Kurt returned. "Besides, I have my sources." Kurt let go of Sam with a smile on his face that made Sam slightly shiver but stood his ground none the less. "Have a good day at school Sam," Kurt replied adding: "Toodles."

As Sam rushed to get to his next class, he didn't have to wonder who Kurt's sources were. Tina. He'd have find a way to bribe her back to his side. Maybe with cookies or with Blaine. Blaine was so much better than cookies.

Needless Sam got detention for being late but on the account is on the dawning of the realization of his feelings for Blaine, it was worth it.

END.
