Ok, first non-harry potter fic here. I was disappointed not to find any Rei/Kel stoires. This one takes place right after SnakeCharm.
I watched the last of my "people" disappear beyond the horizon. I had surpirsed myself
when they force changed me. I felt almost as if I belonged with the falcons, I had to fight my own
will to go with them willingly. It scared me, but I suppose it was Sebastian's last stand. The Falcon
in me fighting to make me want a life I barely remembered.
"So," a voice began "is it Andreios or Sebastian?"
"If the Tuuli Thea and Deinte don't mind, I think I'll keep Andreios, I've been going by that
name for 10 years."
"All right then Andreios." my alistair, Kel, teased.
"Good then La' Kel' jaes' oisna' wimheah' ona' saniet." I teased back.
"Just Kel." she said softly.
"Yes, just Kel." I whispered. The setting sun through her injuries into greater relief.
"You shouldn't have come after me." I said, teasing gone from my voice.
"I came after you because I love you Andreios, do you even know what love is?" she asked me, hurt.
"Yes, I love you Kel, how could I not? You risked your life for mine." I told her. Kel caught mt lips with hers, telling me that she loved me back.
Tomorrow is another day. Another day to be thankful. Thankful for love and freedom
