We have received several reports of an unauthorised Dragon Slave within the Sailoon outskirts between the hours of 10 PM and 11 PM on Sunday 14th October from concerned residents.
In our last letter we sent to you, we explained that sorcerers need to sign and get official approval for a SN//0008690 form detailing how exactly a Dragon Slave is to be used. After checking our records, we found a record of approval, however, it was only valid for the time between 21:00 and 21:59 on Sunday 14th October of this year.
We have decided to formally caution you on this action, according to Law 1645, Section 3, Paragraph 2. Another unauthorised Dragon Slave may result in a criminal record and/or fine and/or prison sentence.
