This is what I believe that Severus Snape would see in the Mirror Of Erised. Which for anybody who doesn't know, (but I don't know how you wouldn't know what is, because come on it was in the very first movie), but anyway it is a mirror that shows you your heart's desire. Well on with my little one shot HAHA

Severus Snape was walking down his usual path to the headmaster's office. He walked corner by corner, foot by foot, pace by pace, all the while wondering what in Merlin's name Albus could possibly want with him at three o'clock in the morning. He rounded the corner and approached the large gargoyle which concealed behind it the steps up to the headmaster's office.
"Lemon Drops." He said in his usual above-this-foolishness tone. The grotesque statue turned and rose to reveal stairs leading upwards to the office. He climbed the steps and to the large intricately designed door. He didn't even bother knocking, seeing as the old coot was expecting him.
Albus Dumbeldore was standing in front of a large mirror, which had writing on the top of it, although it was slightly blurred ,most likely due to him being woken up at this ungodly hour, his eyesight was horid in the morning.
"Severus, surely you must know why I've summoned you here." The elderly man asked barely audible, sort of dreamlike. The other significantly younger man stepped forward. He could barely make out the inscription on the top. It said, in a very neat, very ancient looking style of writing "Mirror of Erised", which upon closer inspection ,Erised, was simply desire spelled backwards. Was that some sort of symbolism, if it was, it was entirely lost on Snape.
"No headmaster, I do not have the slightest idea why I am here." The snarky potions master said, trying his hardest to fathom why in the world he was here. The other, more bearded man turned, his blue eyes still held their signature twinkle but it was more solemn, more resigned.
"It's going to happen. And its going to happen soon. And I have reason to believe that neither of us will live to see the end of it." he said, with absolute conviction. "I know how much you still long to see Lily again. And not just in a photograph that somebody took. You want to see her and know that she is looking at you and only you. I think I may have a way to make that happen." He raised a hand to absent-mindedly stroke his beloved phoenix's scarlet feathers.
"You are familiar with this object I assume?" He asked
Severus stepped forward to look even more closely at the mirror.
"No," he said simply "I am not."
"This mirror reflects your deepest desire back to you. If it is truly to see Lily again you will see her. Otherwise, I haven't the slightest sliver of a thought as to what you might see." Albus began to walk to the upper part of his office. "Just look into it Severus, you never know what you might see."
He trailed his dark, tired eyes down to the flawless mirror's surface. What he saw gave him the sight that brought that rare tear to his unforgiving eyes. In the mirror he saw himself and the beautiful Lily Evans standing side by side with a little black haired baby boy in her arms. Upon closer inspection he saw that his left arm was a pale unmarked surface.
He couldn't take it anymore, he fell. He didn't faint or pass out his knees just couldn't support how heavy his soul felt at the moment. The little baby boy was the perfect combination of their features, they made a beautiful family. Even he, the snarky bat of the dungeons, was touched deep in the pit of his heart by the sight before him. Mirror Lily looked out at him and waved, a welcoming little hand gesture. Even such a small movement made the thought of dying a lot more bearable.
