Hello, fellow readers and authors. I have yet another conspiracy theory for you! But this time, not about Total Drama. About Steven Universe.
Here is my theory: Jasper is defective. Yes, I am talking about our evil, big cheeto puff that looks like it Chester the Cheetah went to the gym. Here me out: I have little evidence to go with it, so if you have evidence yourself, tell me.
My first piece of evidence comes from Malachite; the fusion of Jasper and Lapis Lazuli. Have you noticed that Malachite doesn't have feet? The feet are replaced with four hands. Every other fusion, has feet! Even Smokey Quartz! So, why, of all the fusions, wouldn't Malachite have feet? Unless Jasper was defective! I am not counting the fusion of Jasper and the corrupted gem, that doesn't count.
My only other piece of evidence comes from Skinny. The skinny Jasper we saw with the other Amethysts at the human zoo. Skinny has her gem on her navel, and it is bigger than Jasper's. In the scene where Greg and Steven first meet the other Amethysts, the other Jaspers and the Carnelian; you can see a Jasper with her gem on her arm. It is exactly like the gem that Skinny has! Same size, cut , color, everything! Jasper's gem doesn't look ANYTHING like those! So, I think that Jasper's (the one with the gem on her nose) gem didn't fully grow. It is really tiny and misshapen compared to the other gems on the other Jaspers.
