I'm starting to think the journey will never be over...that...everything that we've worked for was for nothing...why do I feel this way?

It was dark. Sora couldn't see anything through the darkness, everywhere was just...nothing. A cold wind blew sharply from behind him, and as he went to face it, it would disappear and turn at him, hissing behind him again. "Who's there?" He demanded angrily, his keyblade appearing in his hand. The thing around him started laughing, sounding low and hissing, another gust of wind chilling him.

It slowly started appearing into sight, first, its bright yellow, empty eyes, followed by the rest of it. It was a huge, silver snake with long, spindly arms reaching for him. Sora gasped, jumping back as it lashed out at him. Its eyes narrowed as it made a grab for him, snatching the keyblade away from him. Sora glared at it, holding out his palm for the keyblade to vanish back into its grip. It laughed, holding fast to the blade as it rattled hard in its grip before it lifted it to its vast mouth and swallowed it. Sora gaped at it as it laughed, stretching high on its tail and swaying as he started to run.

"You'll never escape the darkness, Sora!" A voice called down from the head of the snake. Sora stopped, sliding to a stop to look up at the monster, spotting a figure wearing a long, black cloak, its face shielded from the darkness of its hood. The figure laughed, turning and disappearing into shadows as the snake roared loudly and lunged.
