Free Percy Jackson Plot Ideas
If you're thinking of writing a percy jackson fan fiction, you're so excited, you know what characters to use, how you want them to act, who's dating who. Your heart is pounding, you put your pencil to the paper (or fingers to the keys) aaaaand... nothing. You have no idea what to write about. If this happens to you I'd be more than happy to give you a little push. If planning on using any of my ideas or plotlines below, please just message me (or write a review ) and let me know what your story is called. All I ask for, is for you to put my username once (once) at the beginning of the first chapter in your authors note. you dont have to say i made the plotline, just say something simple like: thanks to keepcalmcarryon98 check out her stories. No harm to fowl, simple as that. I'll try to add to my ideas over time, just please let me know if you are using one because we wouldnt want to have 2 people with the same story, right? 1. What would happen if Percy said yes to immortality, what would he be the God of? Does he ever see Annabeth again, what happens to their relationship? Maybe there's another minor godess who wants Percy to herself. Struggles of being immortal, and all his friends being mortal.
2. A short story on Kronos' rise and fall. Maybe putting in there that he was going a bit crazy. Voices in his head and all that jazz. RAW EMOTION.
life at Camp Jupiter. Maybe create some new characters, or use minor characters from the story. Life before Percy appeared there, maybe ending in the POV of either Frank or Hazel seeing Percy and the Gorgons coming, thinking something like: this is going to be an interesting summer. ending where the book starts so people have a sense of the time in-between.
4. Someone new comes to camp that no one really likes. you can decide her personality: annoying, rude, mean, snotty, large ego; whatever. readers not knowing and campers not knowing what she is but she's different than everyone else. turns out to be a minor goddess. maybe threatens the camp for treating her like an outcast. everyone learns their lesson blah blah blah happy ending.
5. Life as Hephaestus (sorry cant spell :) seeing how hard it is for none of the gods to like you just because of your looks. his sadness, even his wife aphrodite doesnt want him. maybe finding refuge at camp half blood, pretending to be a normal boy. realizing that even as an ugly boy at camp, people talked to him and liked him and respected him because of his personality and talents, and didnt care how he looked. shows his true self and stops being depressed.
6. A short story (more of a glossery of sorts) of all of the beasts mentioned in Percy Jackson. Names, description, "powers" (breath fire, grow back heads etc), and levels of danger: x=low xxxxx=very dangerous
7. Days spent as minor god's and goddess' . Good life on mount olympus in the markets and concerts and such, bad life being ignored,neglected. maybe they rebel and put their "unimportant" powers together. Zeus and the other gods notice how powerful they can really be and show them a new-found respect.
8. Various demi-god's graduate from highschool and go to olympus university on mount olympus learning various trades from different God's and at the end of all the classes one person found worthy enough is offered immortality. This special occurence happens once every 500 years.
