1. The Teacher

The Teacher

He taught them everything he knew

He taught them how to shoot, how to fight, how to climb

He taught them how to learn, how to analyze, how to strategize

He taught them how to love, how to care, how to laugh

He taught them how to hope

He taught their children, and their children's children

He taught their parents, and their parent's parents

He taught them everything

Everything

When the first one didn't return, He wept

They told Him it would get easier

That he would become numb to the loss

Eventually

But he never did

He could have taught them how to love

Hey everyone!

I wrote a story like this a while ago for the Selection and realized I had never done one for Percy Jackson- so it's about time! Each chapter will be a different character from the series (some major, some minor, but in no particular order) and the names won't be included so feel free to guess! This one's pretty easy to start with- I'm sure some will be very obvious and others will take a little more sleuthing.
