Sam looked over at Dean. He didn't look so hot. He was flushed and his eye's looked sunken, and he was swaying a bit.
"Dude," Sam asked "You okay"
"Yeah, Just tired that's all. Couldn't sleep last night"
"Why not? Are you sick?" Sam asked, even though he knew Dean wouldn't tell him the truth.
"Nah, just had a nightmare, I'm fine." Dean said quickly. He sure didn't look fine.
"Maybe you should sit down." Sam said worried.
"Dude! I said I'm-" Just then Dean paled started to sway dangerously. Sam Jumped to steady him, but was a fraction of a second too late.
Dean collapsed onto the floor, unconscious.
"Dean!"
