During a lonesome bitter fall in Arendell, two years after Elsa's episode, Anna and Kristoff were searching for Elsa's hidden past, they needed to know what happened to her to make her so afraid of herself. Kristoff had an idea of where they should look after several wasted weeks of searching, he felt so stupid for not remembering, he turned to Anna and said "Come with me" Anna agreed, Kristoff was bringing her to one key place in finding Elsa's past, The North Mountain. On their way to the mountain Anna noticed something move in the corner of her eye she quickly turned to see what it was but when she looked the thing had disappeared and the only evidence of its existence was the rustle of leaves in the bushes, she was weary that point on. When they arrived Anna looked up at the mountain and stood there in aw, it was Elsa's abandoned snow castle. The elegant palace of ice stood there with all it's beauty for this is the place where Elsa came in confidence but soon she stopped. This ice palace boggled the kinds of both Anna and Kristoff for they had no idea on how it stayed standing through the summer. This was was the kind of question that needed answering. Anna went to open the door and when she opened it there standing high inside was something that she will never forget.
