Disclaimer; I do NOT own House Of Anubis! If I did, there would be more Fabina moments! :)

Enjoy!

I was deep in thought. Deep into the thoughts of the one and only Nina Martin. My girlfriend. Girlfriend. I don't remember how I even managed to ask her to be mine, but one minute I was single, and the next I was dating The Nina Martin.

She was the only girl I've ever truly loved. And I know for a fact that she's the one. How do I know? Well, every time she comes by, my heart beats a million times faster, my palms get sweaty, and I can't seem to utter a word. She's all I could dream of and more. Perfection, that's what she is. I couldn't imagine my life without her, I don't know how I would survive. She's my everything, and without her, I'm incomplete. God gave us two hands, two feet, two arms, two legs, two eyes, but only one heart. Why? Because our soulmate has the other. Nina Martin has mine.

"Fabian. Fabian! FABIAN!" My Nina said, and I smiled, still deep in thought. Suddenly, I saw something blur across my face. Then I realized it was Nina's hand, and she was trying to get my attention. I quickly snapped out of my reverie and blinked quickly.

"W-what?" I stuttered.

"I was just worried. You weren't responding to anything I said or did. Are you okay?" She asked worriedly. I nodded and responded.

"Yeah, I was just thinking." I replied and smiled, she smiled back.

"Uh-oh, I think Fabian's come down with a case of Nina-itis!" Jerome exclaimed, then high five'd Alfie, who had declared that that was a 'nice one, mate!". I rolled my eyes, but I knew everyone could see the tomato colored blush that was stained on my cheeks. Nina giggled.

"Well, we should be heading off to school soon, it's nearing 8:00." Mara broke the silence, being as studious and timely as she was. I quickly finished my pastry and grabbed my bag off the back of my chair.

"Would you fancy walking across with me?" I asked Nina cautiously, obviously hoping for a yes.

She pecked my cheek and responded with an, "Of course."

I slung my bag over my shoulder and grabbed her hand. She looked down and smiled. Slinging her own bag onto her shoulder, we left the house, trailing along behind the rest of the Anubis house residents.

We walked slowly, taking our time and admiring the scenic view, and each other. It was silent, but it wasn't an awkward silence, it was just peaceful. It felt right.

I was trying to get up the courage to do something I'd wanted to do since we got together, which was two months ago. I'd wanted to do it before, but it obviously wasn't appropriate for me to do when we weren't officially together. I wanted to tell Nina that I love her. And I was going to, no matter what.

I slowly took a deep breath and prepared myself for any reaction that I could possibly get. Mad, sad, angry, confused, happy, joy, anything really. My palms were sweating and my heart feels like it was about to explode, but nevertheless, I was going to do it. In three. Two. One.

"Nina, I-I lo-love you." I stuttered out, and finally felt relieved. I had done it. Now all that was left was her reaction.

First she looked surprised, as if she didn't expect me to say what I did. Then her face turned into one of utter joy and she flung herself at me, wrapping her arms around me and digging her face into my neck. I wrapped my arms around her and let our bodies fold into each other.

"I love you too."
