"Mal?" Regina wondered affectionately.
"Hmm?" Mal responded absentmindedly still toying with the nice new shiny necklace she happened to find lying around in Gold's shop.
Regina and Mal were snuggled together on the couch in Regina's office. The former evil queen smiled to herself as Maleficent snuggled closer to Regina, nuzzling her neck. Inhaling her scent and secretly hoping they would be able to finally be together. No revenge, no villains and heroes just Maleficent and Regina.
"Mal, my darling the town's people have complained numerous times about you pilfering their shiny objects from their homes." Regina informed all the while stroking Mal's hair.
Mal chuckled lowly and reached up to pull Regina into a fiery kiss that left Regina wanting more, but then again Maleficent always did have that effect on the Queen.
"Because I'm a dragon darling. "As if that explained everything.
"Of course dear."
Mal twirled her newly acquired shiny neckless one last time and then set it on the coffee table. Then in one fluid motion Mal straddled the former evil queen's lap. The dragon liked shiny objects but one thing she loved more than that is the light and mirth in Regina's eyes.
