Black's POV

It's that time of the year again.

"Joker, we'll always be together."

I've kept my promises, Lucian. Hey, can you hear me? If you can, then I've got a lot of things to tell you. Everyone back in Wonderland are still the same. They're still annoying as always, but we're all doing fine. The role holders and I aren't fighting as much anymore. Blood and I are actually pretty close now. Haha. Yeah, go ahead and laugh. I did the same thing too. I can't believe that Blood, the man I hate the most in Wonderland, is actually my friend now.

It's all thanks to you. Your stubbornness of wanting me to befriend the others actually paid off. I'm still trying my best, though, Ace can be quite a pest. I still wonder today how you and that idiot managed to be good friends. You know, that directional-challenge idiot always ends up getting lost in my territory, like almost every time changes. He's annoying and I have to show him the way out. What's worst, he always tried to drag me into his "adventure", saying that it's fun. Well, I don't think it's fun when he sneaked in my room in the middle of the night. I almost shot him too. I almost felt bad for scaring the idiot.

Oh, yeah. Clown said that he'll be here later. He needed to finish his work in the circus. We're holding an event in a few time changes, and we're inviting everyone. Isn't it great? I think it's awesome. He's working really hard.

I'm working hard, too. Rein is helping me around the prison. Oh! This is something that you should know too! There's this female worker in Clown's circus that got her eyes on him, but Rein isn't interested at all. Hahaha! Funny, right? Okay, I'm sorry. I shouldn't have laughed like that.

"I want you to know that I will always love you."

Rein…he said that he might return to his home, in the Land of Looking-Glass. I don't know when, but I hope it's not soon. I don't they would want him to leave. They really like him, and I guess I do too. He's a good baby sister, and I wouldn't mind keeping him in my territory forever. Whoa, don't get the wrong idea, Lucian. I didn't mean it like that. My love is only for you and only you.

Damn….I told myself that I would greet you with a smile, but….I can't do it. I miss you, Lucian. I miss you so much that it hurts me to the point that I want to kill myself just to be with you. But I know that you wouldn't want me to kill myself because they need me.

I miss your touch, your kiss, your smile, your warmth, your kindness, your stubbornness, and even your cooking.

God, I miss you…

This is the only time when I can I put down my mask and cry until I can no longer cry. I don't want to cry in front of anyone, not even in front of clown. This is the only place that I can cry. In front of you, because I know that you'll comfort me and you would listen to everything that I have to say.

"Lucian, I promise you that I won't let you die. We promised that we'll always be together forever."

"We will. I will always be here in you." Lucian smiled lovingly as she gently placed her palm on top of Black's chest. "Remember that, Black. You and White are everything to me and our children."

Our children…they're fine. Clown and I are taking good care of them. They like to be piggy-back. Especially our son. He's quite a trouble maker. As for our little princess, she listens well to her daddies. They'll be here too. They're helping clown right now, so it's still just the two of us.

Oh, I brought you flowers. Your favorite ones, I hope you love them. Clown started growing his own flowers not too long ago with our children. We made our very own garden and the kids love it. Our son, he loves the same flowers as you. He said that he'll grow lots of flowers for mommy. Heh, he's such a good son.

"Hey, Black?"

"Hm?"

"One of my favorite flowers is Forget Me Not. Let's go to the town and get some."

"You have weird taste in picking flowers."

"No I don't! You're so mean. Fine, I'll just go ask White to come with me, you big meanie."

"Fine, fine. I'll go with you."

I still remember that day when you asked me to come with you in town and buy that one specific flower. I have to admit, they were really beautiful just like you. But no other beauty can match your beauty. If someone ask me what's the most beautiful thing I've ever seen, I would say you because it's the truth.

"Sorry we're late, my love."

3rd POV

Black slowly raised his head up, finally taking his eyes off the white tombstone in front of him. He looked to the left and saw White with two little children at the age of four, walking beside him with their hand holding their father as they made their way up towards the little hill where Lucian and her parents are laid to rest. White wasn't wearing his normal clothes, instead he was wearing a formal clothing consisting of: plain white t-shirt, a light brown short sleeve cardigan, a gray jeans, and a pair of black military boots. He also wasn't wearing his mask, revealing both his red-wine eyes.

Black was the same, he was wearing a black leather jacket unzipped, a black t-shirt, gray jeans, a pair of leather boots, and a silver dog tag necklace with two letters engrave on the back – JL.

When Black saw the three, he smiled a little and quickly wiped his tears from his face. "Hey." He said before walking up towards his little princess who ran to him with open arms.

"Daddy!" The little girl dressed in full white dress happily said as she was lifted up in the air by Black. The little girl looks like a spitting image of Lucian except her eyes were red and her hair was also red.

The other twin, the one in White's arms dressed in black and white clothing had both Joker and Lucian's image. He has the same eye shape as Joker but has Lucian's eye color, his hair was red with white streaks down his bangs covering his right eye. He looked down towards the tombstone and pointed his little finger at it. "Mommy." He whispered, his big green eyes gazing down at the name engrave on the tombstone.

"Yes, where here to see mommy." White said and he placed his son down to his feet. "Go give your flowers to mommy, you too, Aricela."

"Okay." Little Araceli nodded her head and Black placed her down next to her twin brother. Two small bouquet of flowers appeared in front of the twin, one had Forget me not and white rose, the other had red roses and lilies. The two little children slowly walked up towards the grave and placed the bouquet of flowers down next to the ones that Black had placed in the beginning.

"Mommy, Leo and me grew these flowers." Aricela said with a soft smile on her face. Black and White chuckled at their children. They wished that they never grow up.

"Mommy…I miss you." Leo quietly said, his eyes tearing up a bit.

"We miss you." White spoke softly. "Everyone in Wonderland misses you." Black stood beside White and patted his shoulder.

"The others are coming too, right?" Black asked.

"Yeah." White nodded his head. "They wouldn't miss this day. After all, it is Lucian's birthday."

"Happy birthday, mommy." The twin said as they placed their palms together and prayed for their mommy.

Black looked back down to the tombstone before looking up to the blue sky.

Happy Birthday, Lucian. I love you.

"Hey, Black."

"Yeah?"

Lucian smiled as she leaned towards Black and kissed him on the lips. "I love you."

"I love you, too."
