I'm revisiting this one-shot after around 4 years of writing it. I'm not into the Hetalia fandom as much as I used to be but it still holds a large place in my heart. I wanted to go back to this and rewrite bits that were lacking and fixing mistakes I made the first time I wrote this.
ALSO this story was actually inspired by a scene in the anime Lucky Star. The scene is quite funny so I suggest you check it out if you have the opportunity to!
German glanced over at the carefree young man lying on his couch. He never really understood why the smaller and not to mention weaker nation was able to pull at his heart strings so much.
"Veeeee~ Germany, I do you want to have a siesta with me!"
The German nation blushed at the sudden ask of having a "nude" napping session take place with Italy.
"Not right now Italy, I have to work on some paper work first." German stated looking back down at the unfinished documents placed on his desk.
Italy pouted at the notion of not being to take a nap with one of his best friends.
"Oh, okay, well can I ask you a question instead?"
German huffed at the Italians persistent bothering. "I suppose so. However after this I must return to my working"
"Well I was walking with Japan one day and he was mumbling something about you kissing my cheek and how we were so open about our display of affection. He also said it would make a good yaoi story. So I was just wondering if you knew what yaoi was?"
Germany stood up from his chair and turned away from Italy. He all about ran out of the room hoping that Italy didn't see the blush his face was covered in.
Italy's question was never answered but he promptly forgot after having some pasta and taking another afternoon siesta.
