Danny took her hand and led her to the middle of a large park. The sun was setting, there was a slight breeze, and everything seemed perfect to him…he turned her towards him,
"Alyssa, your everything I've ever wanted.." Danny started, looking at the tears that just surfaced on her crystal clear blue eyes.
"Danny, please just stop. I just… cant do this" She said, looking down, "Its just so hard on me… I never have anytime with you, your always on the road, recording, doing signings…and when I do have time with you, we're never alone! The fans follow you everywhere"
"Lyss.. that's not my fault…you know that" Danny whispered, stepping closer to her
"I never said it was, Danny, all I am saying is, it is to hard for me to be involved with you.."
"I love you Lyssa" Danny whispered, placing his hand on her shoulder,
"Don't do this Dan, please, your just making it harder" she choked, tucking a strand of brown hair behind her ear. She pushed his hand off of her. He looked down at her, and bit his lip. He knew he was about to lose the most amazing girl he had ever met.
"Alyssa…I understand…I understand completely…" he whispered, taking a step back from her, "but…" he couldn't find words…
"There are no 'buts..' Danny…this past year I've spent with you has been amazing.. You are amazing…but its just to complicated…your Danny Jones…UK's most fanciful male…you can do so much better then me.."
"So now its about you not being good enough for me? Because Lyss, that's the farthest thing from the truth.." Danny started, but stopped when Alyssa finger was up against his lips.
"No…that's not the only thing…like I said, your lives to busy and publicized for me to be in it…" Alyssa started…but then Danny noticed something…the whole time she had been talking to him she's been playing with the rings on her fingers…something she only does when she's lying..
"Alyssa…tell me the truth…" He said sternly.
"I am Dan" she whispered, still playing with your rings…
"No.. your not…."
"Fine…" she whispered…
"Then what is it?" He asked, feeling the tears swelling up in hi own eyes…
"There's someone else I have been dating. And I like him better…" she said…
"Who is it?" Danny asked stepping away from her..
"James…" She whispered
"BOURNE?" he yelled. She nodded.
"I cant believe you Alyssa…" he said turning around and walking away…when Danny stepped inside his house he reached in his pocket and pulled out a small black box and opened it, inside there was a silver ring with a diamond in the middle…it would've looked beautiful on Alyssa's finger…
Ok, Ok…I know it wasn't that great…but hey, it was my first fanfic EVER! Lol…and I am not really talented in the "writing" area…but I do it anyways :-P..
