Light Up Shoes
Ayato had discovered light up shoes, and much to his brothers annoyance, he loved them. Ayato proudly looked down at his red light up shoes, and preened. He had finally found something as awesome as Yours Truly. Obviously his brothers were just jealous that they couldn't pull them off, he was confused by the fact that Yui wasn't blown away by them though, how could she not be? They were amazing, you stomped and they would light up for fuck sakes! Sometimes he would just stomp up and down the halls for hours, then sulk when Reiji told him to stop.
He looked fabulous in them too, but unfortunately Reiji wouldn't allow him to go to school in them, which really pissed Ayato off, because he wanted to show them off in front of people who would appreciate them, Latio had assured him that no one would think that they were cool but what did he know anyway. Reiji had took his first pair away when Ayato had turned off the power while they were eating dinner and stomped around on the table, but unbeknownst to him, Ayato had already bought five other pairs.
They were just to cool! Humans really were good for something other than blood! It was a bit irritating that he had to take them off when he bit Yui because she just wouldn't take him seriously in them when he tried to bite her, then he was barefoot and that would make her giggle harder, of course he quickly shut her up but all the same. He had tried to replace all his shoes with light up ones so Reiji would have to let him wear them to school, but Reiji had just forced him to wear a pair of Latio's shoes until he bought him more.
But the main point was, Ayato had pretty much decided that light up shoes were the best thing since blood.
