She's alive?
Kiya Brennan is Dr. Temperance Brennan's long lost daughter. When she was very little her father told her that her mom was dead & told Temperance the same about Kiya. Kiya is now 15 & ironically best friends with Cam's daughter Michele. When her father dies, she goes to school with Michele & they share a dorm. Kiya falls in love with Finn Abernathy (her mother's intern) & one day goes with Michele to see him & Cam at the Jeffersonian. Everyone, including Booth, is there scattered throughout the crime lab, when suddenly a large man with a big gun comes into the lab. He forces everyone into Angela's office & locks them in, threatening his return in an hour. Everyone is frightened for their lives & talking among themselves when Michele suddenly realizes something… where's Kiya?
Horrified for her best friend's life, Michele immediately alerts her mother & Finn. Everyone is standing huddled in a group when the large man comes back, only this time he's not alone, in a strong grip of her arm he holds Kiya, a gun to her head. Everyone gasps. All of the sudden Finn & Michele yell "Kiya". In that moment Brennan went pale, recognizing her immediately. It was her sweet baby girl she thought she lost so many years ago, & now may be about to loose her again. At that thought tears brimmed her eyes.
