ONE LAST TIME

Story Inspired by Ariana Grande's song One Last Time and I wrote this listening to it

Emma Alonso walked down the hall alone.

She and Jax just broke up and Emma was devastated

Emma had no one to help her, her dad was out of town, Andi and Phillip were so attached together that they don't listen to anyone, and Daniel...well Emma wasn't comfortable talking about Jax with him.

Emma saw Jax kissing another girl and she didn't recognize her.

Jax saw Emma and started walking towards her with the girl holding his hand

"Hey Emma this is Mia she is new here and she is my new GIRLFRIEND" Jax said smirking

"Hi Mia" Emma said doing a wave but frowning

Then Emma got a flashback

(FLASH BACK)

Emma sat down on the couch crying her heart out, "I'M SORRY JAX!"

"Emma I can't believe you would lie to me" Jax said trying to fight back a few tears.

Emma had just told Jax that she had been lying about not kissing Daniel at the dance last night

"It was an accident!" Emma cried trying to hold her boyfriend's hand

Jax let go and said, "How is it an accident that I saw you lean in and kiss him?!"

Emma voice started breaking and said, "It was a costume party and you guys were wearing the same costume!"

Jax looked at Emma then at his feet, "Emma I know you enjoyed it"

Emma started shaking her head no and screamed, "NO I DIDN'T! JAX I LOVE YOU!"

"EMMA DON'T DENY IT!" Jax yelled "I SAW YOU RUBBING HIS BACK AND I HEARD YOU MOANING!"

Jax sat on the couch, put his hands on his face, and said, "Emma, I...I'm breaking up with you" He got up and left the door

Emma sat down on the couch where Jax was sitting and started crying.

(Back to Reality)

"Well Jax I'm glad you're happy" Emma said slowly walking away

Jax continued making out with Mia

He broke away and took one last look at Emma then he made a sad face

"What's wrong?" Mia asked looking at Jax

Jax looked back at his girlfriend and said, "Oh nothing love" and continued kissing but it didn't feel the same as it did with Emma

Emma looked back at Jax who was devouring Mia and she sobbed silently.

(At Emma's house)

Emma was looking through the scrapbooks she made of her and Jax.

She touched the pictures gingerly and looked at Jax trying to resist her tears but failed

"I wish I could've showed him how I feel about him One Last Time" Emma sobbed

Emma walked to her purple bed and layed down on it

She put her comforter on top of her whole body and cried some more under it.

(The Next Day)

Emma felt awkward because she and Jax worked together in Science.

Emma walked into Science and saw Jax was already there talking to Mia

Mia and Jax were giggling about something

Emma sat down next to Jax and that made Mia leave

"So..you really like her huh?" Emma asked looking down

Jax nodded looking at Emma

Emma put her head up and stared into Jax's eyes

Emma cupped her hands onto Jax's face and kissed him

She broke away and said, "I needed to do that one last time"

She stared into his dark brown eyes again and Jax was there in awe staring in to her eyes

Jax grabbed Emma's back and leaned in for a kiss

Jax was smiling the whole time they were kissing

They broke apart panting

Jax grabbed Emma's hand and looked her into her eyes and said, "Emma Alonso I am so sorry will you be my girlfriend again?"

Mia came up to them, crossed her arms and said, "But Jax you're my boyfriend"

"Not any more" Jax said not even looking at her "So...Will you?" Jax said again to Emma

Emma ran her hands into his soft black hair and said, "Yes"

They kissed and everyone applaud even the teacher who was looking at them staring like they were a romance movie.

Emma and Jax broke apart touching noses and together they said, "One Last Time"
