The monster came into my town.
It came into my city and it never came out.
The monster deserved it though.
The four sharpened arms, moving around in fast, fast circles blew dirt and rocks into my home with the fury that only a devil could possess.
My mother says the monster's owner is the devil.
She calls the devil Ranger.
She says they came into our city to kill us.
They killed my father and then killed my older brother.
When the monster blew dirt and rocks into my home, a piece of rubble hit my baby sister and she began to cry.
It made me angry.
I remembered where my father had kept his rifle and grabbed it up.
I heard my friend, Ashni, call to me from our door.
He spoke of the monster and how it began spitting bullets onto our people.
That made me angry too, so we ran out the door.
Neighbor men waved us over to them.
They pointed up to the sky.
And sure enough, the monster was coming closer to us.
It slipped through the sky, screaming a horrible noise at us.
Then, it jerked to the side.
Ashni cheered with the other men when it started spinning around and around, shooting up wildly.
I started to cheer, but then a horrible pain ripped through my side.
I looked up and saw men, looking like robots, shooting their guns towards me.
Ashni fell on his back and I slowly sank to my knees.
I brought my hands up to my face and saw blood all over them.
Ashni was dead, but that's okay.
I saw the monster hit a building and it disappeared between two large building.
Somehow, I was able to stagger towards it.
My rifle was still clutched in my hands when I saw it.
The monster had slammed into the ground and its arms had broken off.
Ranger, Ranger, you die Somalia!
I shouted at it over and over again.
A crowd formed around the monster.
No one went up to it so I decided to.
I ran towards it , my left hand gripping my bleeding side, my right hand grasping my rifle.
Men ran with me, but then I saw something strange.
The monster was broken, but it's front was still spitting bullets.
Then, another pain happened, in my chest this time.
I, along with many other men fell over.
I knew I was dying when my vision went bad and the terrible pain faded out.
I was dying a happy man.
I saw the monster fall out from the sky, black and smoking.
The monster came into my city.
It came into my city and it never came out.
