Claire came in wearing a yellow tank top with some white cami shorts… "woah when did she get those" I thought when I saw her lean down to pick up a book she left on the floor strange things occurred within my body and I felt the need to take her upstairs and kiss her all over ,but I quickly released those thoughts and thought of the future seeing me and Claire on our wedding day holding hands and walking down the aisle her looking at me with love filled eyes , The vision fast forward to the wedding night I was carrying her over the threshold and she was looking around our house ,well it was more like our apartment ,and I set her down on her feet she looked up at me and kissed along my jaw line she then proceeded to take off my shirt…
I was brought out of my daydream by little fingers snapping in front of my face " yes Claire-bear?" I asked.
"Well I was saying that you've been acting weird these past couple of days and I was wondering if you were feeling all right, are you okay?" , she furrowed her brow and her lips puckered a little bit.
" Yeah Claire-bear I'm fine I was just thinking about what time I have to leave for patrols tonight" She bit her lip in thought, and my eyes immediately took in the sight. "Oh you sure you looked deep in thought almost like you were in another world"
I snapped out of it and looked into her eyes, " you worry to much I'm fine okay now what movie do you want to watch?" " I don't know how about Drag me to Hell" " Okay" I put the movie in the DVD player and pulled Claire to my side as I wrapped my arm around her shoulders.
When the movie ended I got up and stretched my muscles "Quil?" "Hmmmmm" "I think we should talk" "okay what about? You aren't in trouble are you? Did someone hurt you?" My body started shaking at the thought of someone ever hurting my Claire " no no its nothing like that it's just that I think I have fallen in love with you" she looked down as she said this… my heart began to soar…wow she loves me…. Wow i thought I would have to wait at least a year before she felt that way about me too…. Wow this is great. She mistook my silence and started rambling " you don't have to say anything back I was just tired of hiding what I felt for so long yo-" " Claire I love you too" I said this while smiling "Really?" she asked me while looking up at me " yeah I do also you know that imprint thing I was telling you about a couple years ago well its you ever since you were two it's always been you Clair-" but I was cut off when her soft pink lips found mine and she molded herself to me. She put her hands in my hair as I put my hands on her hips pulling her even closer if that were humanly possible when we finally stopped kissing for air I said " I love you Claire and I always will" " I love you too Quil don't ever forget it" and my lips found hers again when we finally did finish kissing she looked into my eyes with her unique grey ones and mumbled " Best kiss Ever"
