Lou Ellen was mad she really wanted to keep the romans as pigs, they where really cute piglets but everybody told her that in order to be allies she couldn't keep the romans like Circe did. So she half-heartedly turned them back into people so they could go back to camp Jupiter. That's why when she climbed into the roman bus and kidnapped three of them and turned them back into piglets no one was surprised.
