Jessie 20- an idealistic and resourceful girl from Hawaii.
As a recent high school graduate rebelling against her strict father who wanted her to join the family business, Jessie moved to New York City to realize her dreams of stardom, but with an unexpected turn of events ends up becoming a nanny to the four Ross children. Emma 15- a diva, somewhat ditzy, cynical girl, eager to reorder the world to the way she sees it. Emma is the oldest child of the Ross family, and Morgan and Christina's only biological child. Luke 14-a clever and crafty boy who was born in Detroit and has a passion for video games, break-dancing, and causing a bit of mischief around the penthouse while also being a little sarcastic at times. He considers himself a "ladies' man", having taken a liking to Jessie in particular. Luke even tried to date her in the first few episodes. Luke is the second-oldest of the Ross children. Ravi 12-a gentle boy, born and raised for ten and a half years in West Bengal, India. He is imbued with the culture of his beloved homeland, but is thrilled with his new life in America. He is the third-oldest of the Ross children. Zuri 10- a sassy and talkative girl who was brought to NYC from her birth country, Uganda, Africa.
She is highly creative with a penchant for rainbows, unicorns, mermaids, and country music, (especially Rascal Flatts, Reba, and Carrie Underwood) and has many stuffed animals and imaginary friends. She is the middle child of the Ross children. Ellie 6- is the older biological sister of Kelly and Shelly and younger adopted sister of Emma, Luke, Ravi and Zuri.
she is calm and considerate but can be mischevous sometimes.
She loves gymnastics and trampoling.
Kelly 4- is the younger biological sister of Ellie and adopted sister of Emma,Luke ,Ravi and Zuri and the older biological sister of Shelly. She has a temper and naughty but kind when she wants to be.
Shelly 2- is the baby of the family. She is cute but she can throw temper tantrums if she doesnt get her own way Bertrum 55-the Ross family's eccentric butler. He is grouchy and often very lazy though begrudgingly helps Jessie navigate her job as nanny to the four Ross children Cristina 34-mother to the seven Ross children and a former supermodel turned business magnate Morgan 35-is the father to the seven Ross children and a famous movie director. Mrs Chesterfield 56-is the cold-hearted head of the city condominium board in the building where the Ross family lives.
Tony 20-is the doorman in the building where the Ross family lives who has strong feelings for Jessie (and eventually becomes her boyfriend) and helps her navigate her adventures in the big city.
