New Caleo story. This was written before Blood of Olympus came out but it fits in pretty well. *SPOILER* Just imagine Leo found his way back...

Disclaimer- I don't own the Percy Jackson series. I'm just borrowing our King's characters for a while.

Enjoy!

Calypso knelt down next to to the now blooming plant of moonlace. The mortals had often walked past it and commented on the strange flower. She didn't care about what they thought, to her it would always remind her of her wedding.

It had been on the beach so that the Argo II could be brought up. Leo had decided that they couldn't get married without Fetus there. Percy, who know brought only a faint bittersweet feeling now, had been there with Annabeth with their adorable child so had the rest of the Seven with their assortment of children. That was all Leo had wanted and all Calypso had wanted was him.

It had been the best day of her immortal life not to mention the night. Thinking about it still brought the heat to her cheeks.

She remembered the day she had their first child. A beautiful girl who Leo had spoiled beyond measure. Then came their boy, just as scrawny as Leo but with his hyperactive nature that had driven them up the wall when he had started walking. But after all the sleepless nights and long days they too had grown up.

A smile came to her face as she remembered the day their daughter had gotten married. Leo had scared the guy by bursting into flames in excitement, so much so the poor guy had fallen backwards into the cake.

"Do you remember that babe?" She said out loud, laughing lightly through the tears she hadn't even realized had appeared.

She remembered the day he died the clearest. He had been too sick to go to the harbor and stay with Festus as they had planned so their friends had come to their house. Hazel, now old but still her same old vibrant self had come to say goodbye. So had Piper and Jason, together the three of them recounted their crazy adventures. And then after everyone had left she had held him in her arms as he whispered for the last time that he loved her. She had cried and sobbed and begged the gods to not take him away again when his eyes closed and the life left him forever.

She had fled to the Argo II afterwards. She had nothing holding her there anymore. She loved her children but she had no wish to watch them grow older as she stayed the same. Together with Festus she traveled to Ogygia again where she stayed for years before finally getting the courage to come back.

The moon lace started to bloom and she realized she had been sitting at Leo's grave for almost half the day. She wiped away her tears and stood up and touched his headstone. She still remembered the tapping he had shown her so long ago. She doubted she would ever forget it.

I love you.

The tears welled up behind her eyes again but she held them back. A hand rested on her shoulder starling her. She looked up into the godly face of Hephaestus. He gave her a sad smile and together they stood there as the moon lace continued to bloom.

Hope you guys liked it! Please review :)

*Infernal Devices spoilers* Yes this story does bear similarities to Clockwork Princess but that is because I got the idea from it.
