I DO NOT OWN THIS POEM!!!
I was taught it by a teacher who said "this is the only poem you'll ever
need, and I guarantee that you'll use it at least once!"
It was written by W.B.Yeats and I heard it and have used it. It reminds me
of Trin and Neo, of love conquering all. I hope that there is at least one
person out there who feels as strongly towards it as I do, and if you do
PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!!
He Wishes for the Cloths of Heaven
Had I the heavens' embroidered cloths,
Enwrought with golden and silver light,
The blue and the dim and the dark cloths
Of night and light and the half-light,
I would spread the cloths under your feet:
But I, being poor, have only my dreams;
I have spread my dreams under your feet;
Tread softly, because you tread on my dreams.
