Title: Full Moon

"If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself"

"Ron?" Ginny whispered. Ron turned around and grabbed his sister pulling her in for a hug.

"I am so glad your ok," he said. Ginny pushed him away and shook her head.

"I have an idea," she said urgently looking around.

"What?" Ron asked just as Hermione came up to his side.

"Remember how Harry went into the chamber of secrets and killed the basilisk?" she asked. Hermione's eyes lit up.

"The fangs can finish off the Horocrux's!" Hermione nearly screamed and started to go down towards the second floor bathroom.

"Ron!" Ginny called as Ron went to follow her. Ron stopped and turned to Ginny, his face was asking every question it could think of but he dare not voice it.

"Remember, the house elves need to be saved," she whispered. Ron looked utterly bewildered and opened his mouth to speak but Ginny shook her head.

"Go you baboon!" she said angrily and Ron regained himself and ran after Hermione.

…...

The war was over and everyone was broken, even years on the broken hearts and souls were still there, the only difference now was that they had found a way to deal with the pain. So it was not uncommon that two years on people had started moving on with their lives. Falling in love, rekindling past relationships, getting married, having babies, restoring familes.

Including all the Weasley family, well almost all of them. Ginny watched as Ron timidly moved away from Hermione and opened his mouth over and over again like a babbling baboon. Ginny sighed angrily and had finally been pushed over the edge. Hermione left the room and Ginny slid across the couch to Ron.

"You know tonight is a full moon," Ginny observed. Ron looked at her for a moment then away.

"So?" he asked carelessly.

"Well, it was a full moon the night you and Hermione first realised your love for each other. It was also a full moon the first night you and Hermione kissed," she observed and Ron lifted his eyebrow at her.

"How do you remember that?" he asked slightly shocked.

"I am just saying that maybe it would be a nice night to do something else memorable," she said flexing out her left hand showing off her engagement ring. Ron turned a deep red and then all the colour flushed form his face. "Just thought I would suggest it," she said standing up and walking out of the room coming in contact with Hermione.

"You know it is a really nice night for a stroll," she said carelessly as if it was just useless information. Hermione stopped and looked at Ginny as she walked outside then quickly inspected the world outside as if to convince herself.

…...

Ginny sat at the bridal table of Ron and Hermione's wedding looking over at Harry who was talking away to Ron casually. She was smiling a mischievous smile to herself and was soon joined by Luna.

"The moon is so pretty tonight. A full moon was a good choice to get married under," she said. Ginny's smile grew wider and she watched as Ron took Hermione in his arms and kissed her softly.

Harry who looked uncomfortable came over to Ginny and they shared one f the many husband and wife kisses they enjoyed.

"Why such a cheeky grin?" he asked. Ginny shook her head and shrugged.

"Just remembering how clever I am," she said to which Harry seemed completely satisfied with.
