He stood in back, always disturbing class by banging on his drum a little bit to hard or talking a little too loud, or, sometimes, When he went to run errands for music copies for the drummers - he always came back a little too late.
Today, He Was Really Disturbing class. Simply because we had a substitute teacher because 'Mrs. Toma' Our Regular teacher - had caught the flu. "My Drumstick Is Broke!" He wined, "Gage Lost My Copy!" He yelled, "The Flutes are playing too loud!" He complained. I simply shook my head and looked back at my concert Christmas music.
Today, He was chosen to direct band during our warm-ups. The sub. Didn't know that he was such a disruption. So, she chose him anyway. Which, epically pissed off the class. But, the band was a good group of students, so they couldn't say anything. Hey, It's high school. You try to get by with Good Grades and A Good Reputation. "1, 2... 1, 2, 3, 4." His deep sexy voice said. I played the Bb scale quietly and perfectly while quietly and quickly giving him small smiles and glances.
Today, he was wearing a blue long sleeved T-shirt that said, 'Holliester' across the front. He also had on faded blue jeans, and black converse. He had his brown hair cut a little bit shorter early last week. And, Instead of being long and curly - It was only a little curly and a lot short.
For once in a long time - He didn't have his contacts in. His glasses were on, which were tick black rimmed and thick. his chocolate brown eyes were more viable today.
Suddenly, he toppled off the podium, in slow motion, landing on his back and banging his head against the piano, and wedging his leg in between 2 of the chairs in the clarinet section. His Glasses Flew off his face and landed near the leg of my chair.
"I can't see - I'm blind!" He called covering his face dramatically. Kortanie smiled and nudged me. I handed her my flute and picked up the boys specials. I handed them to him and he slipped them on. He jumped to his feet.
"Oh - Thank you so much!" He yelled, "I couldn't express my gratitude with nothing less than this!" The boy kissed my cheek lightly. Then, moved his lips to my ear and whispered, "Thanks, Sabrina." I hid my cherry red cheeks as he walked away backwards smiling at me.
"Your Welcome Jeffery."
