The nine gods sat in the old council room. Three form Egypt, three of the Greco-Roman empire, and another three form the icy world of the north lands.

"We can't let this omen go unnoticed. We have to alert the bridges and guide them so that a fate worse than death can be adverted." Thanatos said placing his hands on the table.

"Yes we can't let this pass us by, but no we can't risk having anyone else knowing." Horus argued.

Freya stood, "Alright, you two, sit down before you break something. Now, I know that you all are going to hate this, but let's put it to a vote. All in favor of telling the chosen place your rings on the table. All opposed keep the rings on." The blonde witch goddess sat down and watched the vote.

Ma'at, Anubis, Loki, Thanatos, Freya, and Artemis placed their rings on the table, the three princes, Thor, Triton, and Horus withheld.

"Well, it's been decided," Freya said, "We will tell our chosen as soon as possible."

Loki picked up his ring and studied it. "Seven, seven, and seven. This will be interesting." He touched the emerald eye of the silver wolf and smiled. "Anubis, Thanatos, what do you say to paying a visit to our friends?" He stood from the table, grabbed his cloak and asked, "Freya, Thor, are you coming or not?"
