Happy Again
Cameron stood at the sink, her back to the door, washing the cups from tea. She hummed gently to herself, happy that their latest patient was well again. Lost in the moment she did not hear the door slide open, even as the room's new occupant approached her. It wasn't until two hands landed securely on her waist that she even noticed. She jumped near clean out of her skin.
"Hush" said the soothing voice of her lover.
Cameron grinned, and pushed her hips back, feeling the delicious heat there, sometimes company meant so much. Almost as a reward she was pulled back into a tight embrace, as two bodies moved together, falling gently onto the couch in the far corner of the room.
Cameron giggled, "I thought work was not the best place for this?"
A light laugh followed her words, "I make the rules," was the reply, as lips fastened onto Cameron's neck, "I can break them." Cameron turned to meet the lips in a fierce, passionate lock.
A sigh. "You're always right, unfortunately." Cuddy laughed again, as she sat up. "Have you seen House?"
Cameron just smiled.
