A/N: Hey I know I haven't updated my other stories, but all the data was lost. :( So this is an attempt at a super angst narrative one-shot thingy.
Impenetrable
My body is strong.
My body is also cold, hard, unfeeling steel.
This metal husk that I use as an excuse for a body is not easily breached by the forces of human hands.
My brother's body was fragile.
It was made of warm, penetrable flesh with a flimsy internal structure.
His body was filled with a precious red life force in liquid form.
My body is empty with only traces of the dried life source that came from him.
When the thin film of skin is pierced, Brother's blood begins to collect around him, mocking his shredded, red jacket.
When Brother begins to bleed, the air that forced itself in and out of his chest is denied entrance.
When Brother becomes desperate for breath that wouldn't come, he turns his eyes to me.
When his eyes meet mine, I see the molten cooper is beginning to cool, the pupils directed towards me but I know they see nothing.
When my brother looks at me without seeing me, he sighs in relief and breathes a word across his lips.
When my brother speaks my name, it finally hits me. Brother is dying.
When it finally hits me and I look back toward my brother, his eyes are dull.
My body was strong.
My body was cold, hard, and unfeeling steel.
It could not be penetrated by human force.
I could not be killed by human hands.
Luckily, my hands weren't human.
A/N: The end. I hope It's understandable. Alphonse does commit suicide in the end.
