Learning to Love Rainy Days

It had been raining all day, and Princess Yoruichi did not like rainy days. Rainy days meant no training with Kisuke, no playing tag with little Byakuya, and no wondering the rooftops in her cat form. Normally, these were the days that left the princess bored and itching for mischief, but today were different. She was thankful for the rain and the privacy it brought. Today she had a very special guest.

His name is Sesshomaru, an Inu-youkai, and he is her sweetest sin. He had crossed worlds to be with her today. She gazed down at him and thought how peaceful looked. He was so beautiful and so dangerous, but she did not care. She had seen his dark side and she still loved him. She kissed the crescent moon on his forehead.

He opened his eyes to find a smiling Yoruichi, a Shingami, looking down on him she was what he craved. He loved her smile. She was so beautiful and so powerful. He loved her despite the fact that she would risk her life to save a human. He kissed her lips and tasted her smile, a taste he will never forget. He enjoyed it so much he even found himself smiling back at her.

He wanted to remember everything about her. He kissed her again on the mouth and trailed kisses down her body and breathed in her scent. His fingertips lightly caressed her skin, reading her body like brail.

Under the spell of his touch she forgot about everything else. Today they were the only two in the world and the world was her bedroom. "Go slow," she requested. He faithfully obliged. For the first time in her life, Yoruichi Shihoin, the Goddess of Flash chose to go slow rather than fast. She used her hands and lips to slowly explore his body. Each time they touched their feelings intensified, so they never wanted to stop touching.

"Don't stop," Lord Sesshomaru pleaded, as she teased him. Before he knew it he was caught up in her haze. He could not help but enjoy the feeling. She was the only one that could make him feel this way. She awoke emotions in him he never knew he had, or was willing to admit to anyone else. She made him feel more alive then he had ever felt. She was his savior, rescuing him from darkness and loneliness. For the first time he wanted someone to see him, all of him. He did not know why she was having this affect on him; all he knew was that this was where he wanted to be forever.

She had revealed more of herself to him then she did to anyone. He was her diary. She wanted to share everything with him: her body, mind, and heart, even her breath if he needed it. She could not resist him and surrendered completely letting him in. She was in a state of bliss and wanted to stay there forever with him. In one perfect moment they became one. Skin to skin they melted into each other.

What they had was beyond physical, it was beyond mental…it was even beyond spiritual. It was eternal and transcended worlds. They were connected even when worlds apart. They would feel each other's touch whenever a cool breeze caressed them. Before the rain would come he would smell her scent and take it in. She would remember his kisses with every drop of rain. It is safe to say they both learned to love rainy days.

The rain stopped and they had to part ways. They both knew the moment could not last forever, but they wished it would have lasted a little longer. They kissed good-bye. She watched him disappear into the darkness. Instead of fighting her tears, Yoruichi decided to fight something else; she dropped in on the Secret Mobile Corps training session taking down each person without hesitation. Before returning to her quarters she stopped to talk to a new recruit named Soi Fon and felt one drop of rain hit her and thought maybe next time she would learn to love rainy nights.
