He still dreamed of her. In his dreams she walked out of the water, and into his arms. She would be curse-less, yet gifted like him. He would sweep her up, kiss her, and they would stare into each other's eyes. They would ride back to Camelot, and Arthur would look in surprise as they kissed on the front steps… and Gwen would have loved her. Not as much as he did, but she would be delighted to have another girl in the group of men. Freya would look at him with those beautiful eyes and smile a beautiful smile.
But dreams were dreams, and it does not do well to dwell on dreams and forget to live your life.
