Izzy shot up; her alarm clock, blaring. She groaned and smashed her pale hand against the snooze button. She stumbled out of bed, tripping over mounds of clothing on the floor as she groggily made her way to her mirror. She had make up smeared all over her face. Her hair was tangled and wild, and she had hickeys all up her neck. She looked like the human definition of party.
She smiled at the thought of last night's "summers end" party. All she could remember was some guy and alcohol. Of course little old Clary had to drag her to the car and drive them home. Her eyes widened at the thought of her sister. Her sister reminded her of school.
"Why me?" She groaned, showing her detest of school. And of course, their first day in a new school brought another pleasant groan to her lips. Without a second thought, she ripped open the door and raced to her sister's room.
She burst into the brightly lit room. Much to her surprise, there was Clary. She was sitting on her bed, packing her bag, all dressed for school, make up done, and not a single flaw. Clary's eyes raked her sister's sleepish form and smirked.
"That was some party, huh?"
Izzy could only nod, even then her neck was stiff. Probably from sleeping in the car, she thought.
"And you should probably wash off the makeup," She paused picking something up off of the floor. "And the phone number."
Izzy mumbled "Wha-?" She glanced down at her wrist.
There in lipstick (coincidentally, the same lipstick she was wearing last night) a phone number was written . Without a care, she walked into Clary's bathroom, and washed up.
Immediately after, she proceeded to violate her sister's closet.
They were both roughly the same size. She pulled out a simple black dress, with pleats, and a black belt.
She tugged it on and pulled on some yellow pumps. She smiled, she had looked even sexier last night, but this was school; a school she and Clary both got scholarships to.
Clary had received a scholarship for art, no surprises, and Isabelle received one for athletics, but mainly for her cheer-leading skills. All Izzy knew, was that they were going to some fancy prep school. And she didn't like it.
Clary smiled and strapped on her plain messenger bag, which was clearly full with text books, manga books, and sketch books. "Let's go then." She said in a giddy tone, making Isabelle want to groan once more.
They hopped down the stairs where their mother, Mayrse, greeted them. "I thought with all of that partying you two were going to be late." Mayrse gave them a playful look with a matching tone.
Iz picked up her bag which, no surprise, was laying on the floor. She pet her cat, Church, and grabbed a slice of peanut butter toast.
With Clary doing the same, their mom shooed them out the door.
"Don't be late on your first day!" was all she called out to them as they hopped in Isabelle's car. As much as she regretted it, she stepped on the gas, and drove towards -hell- school.

Clary was super excited. Yes she was bummed she didn't get in for cheer-leading -ahem- athletics, like her sister; she was stoked that she had received a scholarship for art. She was so happy, she packed all of her sketch books into her already heavy bag.
Izzy was wearing her clothes, again, and of course she didn't mind that one bit. All she could feel was a nervous-excitement screaming in her mind as they pulled into the school parking lot.
A few days ago, they and a couple other scholar students had received a tour of the school.
She made friends with some of them; a girl with pretty brown hair, with matching eyes called Maia, a boy with striking black hair, and bottomless eyes known as Sebastian, and a brown haired boy, (who was also a fan of manga) who goes by the name Simon.
They were meeting together this morning, at first period by the main stairs. Maia had received a scholarship for math, Simon for music, and Sebastian received one for athletics.
Apparently she had a class with Maia, and a couple classes with Izzy but none with Simon, or Seb. She hopped out of the car, dragging her bag with her.
She and Isabelle were walking past dozens of kids, who immediately could tell that they were the "newbies". They walked by the stairs and straight to where their new friends sat. Clary and Isabelle got flirty stares and winks from cute boys, while the girls seemed to give them fake smiles.
What a lovely first day so far.

"Would you rather, be psychiatrist, or walk into class naked?" Jace replied in the driver's seat of his car. Alec smiled "That's no fair. We both know the way looks at me." Alec shivered in his seat. "Mr. Blackthorns psychiatrist would be easy. All he does is talk about his ex-girlfriends"
Jace smiled, as it was Alec's turn. "Would you rather date a dark haired girl, or a red head?"
Jace stared into his brothers blue eyes.
"Red head. I think they are more, mysterious."
"And sexy." He added, a smirk plastered on his face.
He smiled "Why don't you ask the new girl?" Jace followed Alec's gaze to two girls, obviously new, who were gorgeous.
You could see their face's as they walked to the stair well. The black haired girl was beautiful, but she didn't compare to the red head. His eyes flashed a concerning look, but immediately faded to their normal golden tones.
She had the greenest eyes you would ever find. She had a simple white blouse tucked in to a pair of white washed skinny jeans. Her skin was pale, and out of the top of her messenger bag, was manga comics and sketch pads.
She was obviously, a scholar. She was probably here for an art scholarship. Jace guessed
She walked up to a group of other new kids.
Jace smiled as he answered, his voice, wavering the slightest. "Red head's mine."
Alec winked, ignoring the touch of unevenness in his brother's voice. "She's all yours."
Jace stepped out of the car and walked up to the main stairwell to run to his locker.
Walking past the red headed girl, he stared longer than he should have.
When she noticed his gaze, she simply smiled at Jace.
He gave a smile in return, filled with saddened hope, as he entered the school building.
