My name is Luke I didn't think I would be able to keep up with this diary but after the recent events I guess I need to start extending it.

I'm what they'd call a demigod, half human and half immortal. Demigods are always attacked by gods and monsters.

Many famous people were demigods, Benjamin Franklin, Amelia Earhart, Neil Armstrong the list goes on. But they are not the important demigods right now; the important ones are Thalia Grace, daughter of Zeus, Annabeth Chase daughter of Athena and me, son of Hermes.

Annabeth was the newest addition to our small pack; we had found her shortly after the unfortunate events that took place at the household of Halcyon Green.

We had travelled far, only stopping due to exhaustion or lack of provisions; we had monsters follow us all over the country. At one stage we had accidently walked into the lair of a Cyclops and had only escaped due to the courage of our youngest warrior, Annabeth.

There was a supposed "Camp-Half Blood" that was a haven to all demigods. There we would be trained to fight monsters and would study Greek, we would live happily and not need to scrounge around for a decent meal. If only we knew where to go.

I woke Thalia from her peaceful sleep and she took watch as I rested my body, I didn't think I would be able to sleep but as soon as my head hit the makeshift pillow my eyes closed and I drifted into a restless sleep.

I saw my house in Connecticut, the house that I had ran away from years ago. Mother, May Castellan, sat beside a younger version of me. My mom looked down at me, running her hands through my hair."You look so much like your father," you know, "so handsome, so confident!"

"Thanks mom."

"Here, let me-," her voice changed becoming raspy and old, almost ancient, "No... Not my boy, poor Luke, horrible fate, death, anger."

She turned away from the kitchen sink and the younger boy gasped, her eyes were glowing a bright, fluorescent green "A scythe, purple and black... Huge battles, endless misery, horrible fate."

"Mom?" My younger self asked, hoping that his mother was still somewhere behind this madness.

"Luke, no Luke don't, oh... horrible, I-I...I see a blade, a small knife and... and oh, a horrible fate."

"Mom?" the young boy asked again, tears streaming down his cheeks, washing away with it all the dirt and muck that covered his face. "Mom?" He ran, round through an open doorway and into a small cupboard, locking himself, desperately trying to escape his mother.

"Mom." the young boy whispered and broke down crying.

"Luke, Luke, wake up, are you OK?" Thalia asked me, gently shaking my shoulders back into my consciousness.

"Yeah, y-yeah." I stammered still disturbed by what I had seen.

"Another dream?" Annabeth asked me.

"Yeah, about my mother, "I replied, "How did the two of you sleep?"

"I slept well." Thalia replied

"Annabeth?"

"Well, I didn't sleep unpleasantly but my mother sent me a vision about this Camp-Half Blood place. She... she said that we would need to find a satyr by the name of Grover Underwood in a nearby secondary school. Apparently he was sent there to find demigods to return to the camp."

"What school is it?" said Thalia.

Annabeth did not reply she just pointed to a building in the distance.

"Well it's not like they're just going to allow us to walk through the school." noted Thalia.

"I don't like it but we might have to steal a uniform." Annabeth said

"Well, it looks like we're going to school." I said. We faded into silence, each of us wondering what it would be like to go to school like a normal child.
