Hey peoples! So I had this idea so I told my friend about it, and now it's spiralled into a friendly competition! Hopefully the story will explain the idea, although it was a late-at-night idea that came into my head. Please go look at bettyslilcrazy22's story, then review and say which one you liked more. It doesn't really fall into a fandom so mmm idk. Anyway, hers is called choices, so look for that. Maybe I'll include a link or something, idk. Oh, there's suicide mentions, so if that's a touchy subject, please don't read. Well, as always, enjoy? (Hacked by Bettyslilcrazy22 ;) )

Samartha reviewed the two buttons that lay in front of her. One read Live, the other Die. She was mostly a happy person, bubbly, effervescent, but today was very different. Malcolm had left her for dead, basically. He knew she depended on him, was that the reason he left? Malcolm hadn't really specified a reason, so it left Samartha to wonder if it was her problem or his. Should she press the button to end her life?

She'd heard from her friend, Makayla, that it basically teleported you to the Old Mill Bridge, with only one objective. Jump. It was high enough to kill you when you landed, so it was a perfect destination. Everyone who wanted to kill themselves went to the same bridge, and sometimes you could meet others and die together.

Whatever, she couldn't really deal with that right now, she was in a real emotional battle. Did she risk dying and not meeting anyone else, or did she end it all because of her feelings now? Of course, Samartha was always a bit of an over reactor, so her split second decision was going to be a bad one. Wiping tears away from her eyes, Samartha slammed her hand on the button reading Die.

Immediately, she felt her body become different somehow. In a split second, Samartha was standing over the Old Mill Bridge, staring at

the swirling black water in the depths below.

"Hey, what are you here for?" A boy next to her spoke up, smiling with tears in his eyes.

"Boyfriend left me. What about you?" Samartha replied, figuring she'd learn something about some random person.

"Wow, that's the saddest thing I've heard all day, and I'm about to take a belly flop off of a bridge. I'm here for a half-good reason, I mean, I have no friends, I'm an outcast, my family hates me, I'm failing school. I have a good reason, you're here because you broke up with your boyfriend? I can't believe people today. Maybe we should rethink this." The boy looked disgusted with Samartha, himself, and literally everyone else. He brandished his hand, asking for her to shake. "Andy."

"S-samartha," Samartha answered, shaking, then finally taking Andy's hand. "I guess I did over react a bit, it wasn't that bad, he was a bit of a jerk to me anyways." Andy seemed to become very alert.

"No, no, no! That's not good! It's good he broke up with you, you needed to break up with him anyway." Andy tried to reassure Samartha, and it seemed to be working.

Samartha felt a lot better after this, and she talked Andy out of killing himself as well. She said she'd be his friend, and it worked out well. Neither one thought of suicide again.

Hahahaha I'm a terrible writer
