A/N: The Malfoys are going to have a baby. Emma is an OC healer I have used in different stories at different points in her career, and she always seems to interact with the Malfoys. In this one, she's a Healer-in-Training and still learning.

Emma Headley walked briskly through the narrow and crowded lobby of St Mungo's, trying desperately to keep up with her supervisor while scribbling down all the little things that she had to say about the patients she passed.

"Mr Johnson is blowing large pink soap bubbles... Mrs Grant is actually lonely and not suffering from Itchy Scalp Syndrome..."

Emma was just about to ask a question about the toilet stuck on Tom Heron's head in room 45, when there was much loud shouting coming from the direction of the Floo.

"Get out of the way! My wife's having a baby!" a tall man screamed, his long blond hair sticking out in all directions as he led his wife through. A calmer, older woman was on her other side, trying to quiet the man while getting a healer's attention.

"You're in for a real treat today, Emma," her supervisor, Lisa, said.

Emma watched as the blond man hurried to the receptionist's desk, shouting at the poor young girl, Emily, for service without noticing that his wife was already being attended to and wheeled into another room.

Then she shook her head, realizing Lisa was waiting on some response. "What?" Emma asked.

"The miracle of birth," Lisa said, before she ran after the pregnant woman and her mother.

Emma stepped forward, tapping the frantic man on the shoulder.

"What!" he shouted, his attention drawn away from Emily for a moment.

Emma shrinked back a bit before she said, "Your wife's already been taken to room 23. Please, follow me."
