AN: I don't actually know which class Tsuna is in so I just made one up, it's not especially important to the story but if anyone else knows and is bothered by it, let me know and I will change it.

Class 2 – B of Namimori high school and the classmates of one Sawada Tsunayoshi, a.k.a. Dame-Tsuna, had noticed some changes regarding the afformentioned student lately.

He no longer tripped over thin air, he no longer failed his tests or assignments and he didn't shriek in that annoyingly high pitched voice as often. Frankly it was weird, and slightly unsettling. They had become so used to Dame-Tsuna being useless that it felt very, very wrong when he wasn't.

The weirdest thing though, was that the girls found themselves thinking of him as handsome. It had begun with the weird girls in the class, those who had run out of fucks to give and weren't afraid to admit, to themselves or others, who they found attractive or not. Then slowly the other girls had followed (and if one or two of the guys followed suit well, they shall remain unnamed until they are comfortable enough to admit it). It was quite frankly baffling. Dame-Tsuna was supposed to be wimpy, weak and effeminate with ridiculous chestnut brown fluffy messy hair, and while he was still slightly effeminate and still had ridiculous chestnut brown fluffy messy hair it somehow suited him now, like he had grown into it. He was no longer wimpy and weak, in fact, if you looked hard enough you could see subtle muscle underneath his school uniform.

The fact that he now had a large group of friends that included Sasagawa Kyoko, the school idol, her older brother Sasagawa Ryohei, the captain of the boxing club, Yamamoto Takeshi, the star of the baseball club, Gokudera Hayato, the Italian transfer student and most terrifyingly of all, Hibari Kyouya, the most terrifying student in the entire school, just served to further unnerve them. Hibari Kyouya was know for hating crowds, so said leader of the disciplinary comittee willingly spending time with one was surely a sign of the apocalypse, right? And then there were the creepy indigo haired, heterochromatic boy who would sometimes show up after class and laugh (more like chuckle) in a way that sent chills down their collective spines.

The class of 2 – B were confused. When had this happened? And how? Useless people didn't turn not useless just like that, in such a short timespan.

Whatever the case, no one picked on Dame-Tsuna nowadays, there were just too many scary people hanging around him now. If it wasn't the short tempered Gokudera Hayato or the enthusiastic EXTREME Sasagawa Ryohei, it was definitely the terrifying Hibari Kyouya and the "Creepy guy" (as they had nicknamed him) or perhaps most unnerving of all, the always cheerful friendly Yamamoto Takeshi.

There had been once when some trio from another class had tried to pick on Tsuna but they had quickly been sent running from the shock of seeing Yamamoto Takeshi glaring coldly at them, seeming more dangerous than he ever had before. No one had tried anything ever since. And no one probably would.

The class for one was feeling rather content with leaving Dame-Tsuna alone and not risking death at the hands of his friends.
